Privacy Policy

This is a translation for your convenience. If the versions differ, the Russian version prevails.

This Policy describes what data the Zefir service — the Telegram bot @calorydairy_bot, its mini app and the zefir.fit website (the "Service") — processes, why it is needed and how to delete it.

1. What data we process

• Telegram data: your user ID, username, first and last name and app language, as provided by Telegram.
• Profile data you enter yourself: height, weight, sex, age, goal, activity level, calorie and water targets, and your weight history.
• Food diary: dishes with calories and macros, saved dishes, water entries.
• Content for recognition: photos, text and voice messages describing food. Photos and voice messages are sent for recognition and are not stored by us — only the result goes to your diary: the dish name and its nutritional values.
• Settings: time zone, language, theme, reminders and the evening summary.
• Subscription and payments: plan, subscription dates, Telegram Stars payment history (transaction ID and amount). The payment details you use to buy Stars are processed by Telegram, Apple or Google — the Service does not receive them.
• Website sign-in: when signing in with Telegram — your Telegram data; when registering with email — your email address and a one-way hash of your password (the password itself is not stored).
• Technical data: the tag of the ad link that brought you to the bot; your IP address — only to limit request rates, it is not stored. The website uses technical cookies required for sign-in and for the pages to work.

2. Why we use it

• to provide the Service: food recognition, the diary, target calculation, statistics, reports and AI recommendations;
• to send reminders and evening summaries — you can turn them off in the settings;
• to process and verify your subscription;
• to answer support requests;
• to prevent abuse: AI request limits, sign-in attempt limits;
• to measure visits from ad links.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Data is shared only with those the Service cannot work without:

• OpenAI — recognition of photos, text and voice, AI reports and recommendations. We send the content itself and, for reports, the diary and profile data needed for the answer. The data is used only to generate the answer.
• Telegram — the platform the bot and the mini app run on, and the processor of payments in Telegram Stars.
• Our hosting provider, whose secure servers store the Service's data.

These services may process data on servers outside your country. By using the Service, you agree to such transfers.

4. Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as you use the Service. You can edit your profile and delete diary entries in the bot and the mini app. To delete your account and all your data, contact support with the /support command in the bot — the data is deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer where needed to resolve payment disputes or required by law.

5. Changes to this Policy

A new version is published on this page with its update date. By continuing to use the Service after the changes, you accept the new version.
