By using the Zefir service — the Telegram bot @calorydairy_bot, its mini app and the zefir.fit website (the "Service") — you accept these Terms. How the Service handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service provides tools for tracking food, water and weight. All content is for informational purposes only. The owner is not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service's data.
Information in the Service does not replace a doctor's advice. Consult a specialist before changing your diet or exercise routine. You use the Service at your own risk.
The Service is not intended for people with eating disorders (including past ones), pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone on a medically prescribed diet — in these cases, use it only with your doctor's approval.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Some features are available for free with limits — for example, on the number of photo analyses and AI consultations per day. Current limits and plans are listed in the "Subscription" section of the bot and on the website.
A Premium subscription extends these limits for the paid period. The subscription does not renew automatically: when it ends, the Service returns to the free plan, and you can extend it with a new payment.
To prevent abuse, technical rate limits apply to AI requests, including with a subscription: no more than 150 AI requests (photo, text, voice, reports) per 24 hours. Subscriptions bought before October 23, 2026 keep their original terms until the end of the paid period.
Subscriptions are paid in Telegram Stars. Buying Stars themselves is governed by Telegram's terms.
If a paid subscription was not delivered (for example, it failed to activate due to an error), the Stars
are refunded. In all other cases, refunds are at the owner's discretion. For payment questions, use the
/paysupport command in the bot.
If a payment is cancelled or refunded through Telegram, Apple or Google, the subscription paid with it is cancelled.
Automated use of the Service (scripts, bots), creating accounts to bypass limits, attempts to disrupt the Service and sending unlawful content are prohibited. Access to the Service may be restricted for violations without a refund.
By sending photos, text or voice messages, you confirm that you have the right to use them and allow the Service to process them to provide its features.
The Service is provided "as is". The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service, the accuracy of its calculations, or that it will meet your expectations.
The owner is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services the Service relies on (Telegram, OpenAI, the hosting provider) or by circumstances beyond the owner's control.
In any case, the owner's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
The Service sends system notifications, reminders and evening summaries (you can turn them off in the settings), as well as news about updates — you can opt out of these by contacting support.
The Service's features and these Terms may change. A new version is published on this page with its update date; by continuing to use the Service, you accept it.
